Portrait Maternity Session

I have been seeing so many baby bumps in front of my camera here lately and I’m living for it. This sweet couple was down to help me experiment with a paper roll set up! This was a great alternative to an outdoor session, considering it’s been a high of 90 here in Tennessee for what feels like forever.

Mamas – just because it’s hot doesn’t mean you don’t deserve beautiful pictures. Thinking outside of the box just may be required! Indoor/in-home sessions offer a chance to relax and capture this period of time in a more laid back, low stress setting.

For those interested in the techie side of how I did this session, this is what I used:

• 53″ Savage Seamless paper roll (definitely wish I would have gotten the 86″ instead)
• Large window with natural light (doing this again, I would definitely bring my flash to bounce off of the inside wall)
• Mama is wearing a wrap top from my client closet
